The first book in the series, Iris and Walter, was a Publishers Weekly Best Book of the Year, an ALA Notable Children's Book, a Bulletin Blue Ribbon Book, and winner of the PEN Center USA West 2001 Literary Award for Children's Literature. Ms. Guest lives in San Francisco, California.
CHRISTINE DAVENIER is the illustrator of the award-winning Iris and Walter series and many other popular children's books. She lives in Paris, France.
